We accept returns for defective and non-defective items. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

How to return an item

Returns are made by mail. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact support@ninjabbq.shop with your order number before sending an item back, so we can provide the return instructions. Exchanges are accepted, subject to availability.

Refunds and fees

There is no restocking fee. Once a returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 days. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Do not send an item back without instructions.
